We are writing to announce that our staffs will be working remotely starting from tomorrow,
3/24/2020, In accordance with Stay-at-Home order issued by City of Edmonds.
All of our staffs have access to client information in remote environment.
You may contact us by phone, fax or email as usual.
However, our staffs have limited access to hard copies of documents.
Please be aware of the following:
Paper Documents Delivered to Our Office
1. Please fax or email scanned documents to us. If you do not have access to a scanner, please take photos of the documents if it is 5 pages or less.
2. We will be collecting all mails once a day. Please be mindful that we will not be able to process the delivered document on the same day. The mailed documents will be delivered to the staff in charge and will be processed the next day.
3. If you are delivering documents in person, please use the dropbox located outside of the building (left to the entrance) or the box at the office entrance. The documents will also be collected daily.
Documents delivered from us
1. All documents will be delivered electronically until further notice.
