Outbreak of Coronavirus Disease and 2019 Tax Filing

Dear Clients of SKJ & Company, P.S.:

Our office is deeply concerned about the spread of coronavirus disease in Washington State area. Because the current situation is concurrent with 2020 tax season and we have an increasing number of client visits, we would like to advise on how to communicate with our office while keeping our clients safe and convenient.

Delivering documents to our office

1. If possible, please submit documents using email or client portal on our website (NetClient CS).
2. For hard copies, please use dropbox located outside of our office building entrance. The dropbox is located on the left of 2nd floor entrance (photo below).

2019 Tax Season

For 2019 tax filing, please deliver documents as described above. If you need a consultation, please deliver your documents first and schedule a meeting through one of the following:

1. Leave a note requesting a phone call. We will call you upon reviewing your document.
2. Please schedule a meeting through our website: https://skjcpa.com/appointment/

Please make sure to fill out Income Tax Document Preparation List (attachment or web link: https://skjcpa.com/tax-documents-preparation-list/) and note any concerns regarding your 2019 tax filing at the end of the form.

Your tax return will not be e-filed until we send you the tax return draft and obtain signature on Form 8879. All your questions and concerns will be addressed before the tax return is submitted.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you very much.
